Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026 · Last updated November 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Polygon Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Polymetric”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of polymetric.io, app.polymetric.io, mcp.polymetric.io and related services (the “Service”). If you use the Service for a company, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service
Polymetric connects data sources you own or are authorized to use, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Shopify, to AI assistants you choose, such as Claude and ChatGPT, using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Access to your sources is read-only. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- Give us accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including requests made by AI clients and API keys you connect. Tell us right away at hello@polymetric.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners and admins control who can access the workspace and which sources are shared.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to the data in your connected sources and to the data the Service returns to you (“Customer Data”). You give us a limited permission to access, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect each source and to share its data with the AI clients you choose, including any notices or consents required for personal information about your own customers, such as Shopify customer records.
By default the Service passes data through without storing it. If you turn on optional history storage for your workspace, you instruct us to store daily report data from the sources you share, for as long as your plan allows, until you turn it off, disconnect, or delete your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party services and AI
The Service depends on third-party services, including Google, Shopify, the AI clients you connect, and our infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and changes to their APIs, quotas or policies may affect what the Service can do.
AI output. AI assistants can misread data, make calculation errors, or produce answers that sound confident but are wrong. Polymetric provides data to your AI, but it does not control what your AI says or does with it. Check important figures against the source before you rely on them for business, financial or legal decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect sources, accounts or properties you are not authorized to access;
- use the Service to break any law or violate anyone’s rights, or in breach of Google’s or Shopify’s terms and policies;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s security, or bypass authentication, rate limits or plan limits;
- interfere with or overload the Service or the APIs it relies on;
- resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties as a standalone product without our written permission;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- use the Service to build a competing product by copying its features or content.
6. Plans and billing
- The free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page, currently one connected account and no stored history.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and exclude taxes unless stated.
- Your first paid plan in a workspace may start with a free trial, currently 14 days, and one trial per workspace. A payment method is required to start it. We will remind you before it ends. Unless you cancel before then, your selected plan starts and you will be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can change plans, update your payment method, see invoices and cancel at any time from Plan & billing in the dashboard. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and the workspace then moves to the free plan.
- When you switch plans mid-period, Stripe prorates the difference: an upgrade is charged for the rest of the period, and a downgrade is credited to your next invoices.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, or where we decide otherwise at our discretion.
- Plan limits, such as the number of connected accounts and how long history is stored, apply as described on the pricing page. If your workspace is over a limit, for example after a downgrade, your AI clients can only read the accounts that fit your plan (the earliest ones you shared), and you can choose to share fewer or upgrade. History older than your plan keeps may be deleted.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The change applies from your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a period. If it still fails, your plan may end and the workspace moves to the free plan.
7. Beta features
Some features or connectors may be labeled beta, preview or early access. They are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and may be less reliable than the rest of the Service.
8. Our property
We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, if you do not pay, or if a provider we rely on requires it. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops, and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from third-party sources or answers from AI clients will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Polymetric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Polymetric against third-party claims, and related costs and reasonable legal fees, that arise from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order you place, are the entire agreement between you and Polymetric about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may send you notices by email or in the dashboard.
